The W.E. Anderson Division of Dwyer Instruments has released the series BBV-1 three-valve block manifold, built for applications including oil refineries, nuclear power stations and petrochemical processing. Forged from bar stock 316 stainless steel, the manifold is capable of withstanding repeated open and close operations.
Suited to control oil, water, toxic fluids, chemicals, air and steam, the BBV-1 three-valve block also has two isolate valves and one equalizing valve. Each valve stem is precision machined with hard seats to reduce operating torque. The flanged model is built to mount to an industrial differential pressure transmitter. Four 7/16-20 UNF mounting bolts and two PTFE gaskets are also included.
